If you are not happy with your item and would like to return your product for a refund or replacement, you must do so within 14 days of receipt of the product.
The item must be re-packaged on the pallet your item arrived on and secured safely for collection.
Once the return has been received and verified, a replacement or refund will sent.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns of personalised items.
Lead times vary depending on the item and the time of the year. Small products such as ground fixing kits are despatched the next day.
We aim to deliver your products within 4 weeks of the purchase date. Although we can often do better than this, please call us and we can confirm availability.
