It all begins with everyday plastic waste. Things like bottles, packaging, and containers that might otherwise end up in landfill. These materials are collected and carefully sorted so that only the right types of plastic enter the recycling stream. Once sorted, they’re thoroughly washed to remove any residue, then chipped down into small flakes.
Those flakes are melted and extruded into strong, durable recycled plastic lumber, which serves as our sustainable alternative to traditional timber. When the lumber arrives at our Surrey warehouse, our team gets to work using familiar woodworking techniques—cutting, shaping, and assembling each piece with care. The process is traditional in feel, but the material is modern and environmentally-friendly.
