Excellent service. I called Earth Anchors to talk about our purchase and explained that I needed our order urgently to complete a job we was carrying out for a local council. Stephanie went the extra mile and arranged for our order to be dispatched the same day which was really appreciated. The communication was excellent they called me back on a couple of occasion to make sure the order was processed as quickly as they could possible do it. Our order was delivered on the day confirmed by Earth Anchors and the product was great quality. Highly recommend this company.

Ordered 6 metres of plastic lumber for a garden diy project. It arrived at my house less than 48 hours later. I was kept up to date with the order status throughout. Excellent customer service. The plastic is of decent quality and was well priced. Would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to others

Earth anchors supplied 4 planters and a gate to form a barrier to close off part of my garden.The company were really responsive and friendly and the products well built, solid and delivered with care… all screws etc are stainless and neatly done and they supplied extra fixings to join the planters and gate together… and extra material to allow siting on a slopeReally good company to deal with - highly recommended

We are so happy with our engraved Bromley oval seat.This was ordered to commerate our parents and to be placed in the grave yard.The whole process was smooth and easy, great communication throughout.The bench was delivered complete to the grave yard and I was informed of its eta. It was well packaged.The finished item is wonderful, beautiful shaped bench and finish. The engraving is perfect.Overall very happy and would highly recommend.

I bought some lengths of 50x50mm recycled plastic lumber for a decking project. The buying process was quick and easy and I was able to collect for free as I'm local.The product itself was great, I was able to cut it to the length required and put a point on it very easily to hammer them into the ground for anchoring the structure.

I am really pleased with my Meridian bench, I have been looking and saving for one for a number of years, and it was certainly worth the wait. However I could never seem to find one that fitted my level of standards, and I even considered making one myself. Then I found this one from Earth Anchors.In my opinion the bench is very well made, with what appears to be proper mortice and tenon joints that are dowelled on the joints, not like the usual flat pack rubbish with nails and screws. The seat is very high quality and the teak wood is ideal, and not secondary teak that you would normally find on lower quality benches bought from the DIY stores. The bench arrived on a pallet, and was fully assembled and very well wrapped. Cost wise, yes these benches are more expensive than other seats you can buy at the DIY stores, but in my opinion worth every penny, for the high quality of the product, you gets what you pays for. Comfort wise, I find the bench very comfortable and is sturdy and a real pleasure to sit on, whilst reflecting. The only suggestion, and this is nothing to do with the bench is, it may be helpful if the price shown on the web page of Earth Anchors included the VAT and not added on at the check out.Would I recommend this bench, Oh yes, a big definitely. If you want a real quality product that is going to last many years and get a great service at the same time, go and buy one at Earth Anchors.
