Had the best customer experience. They offered to cut some posts as we were unable to fit them in our car. We were shown around the premises which was very informative and learnt a lot about the products offered. The composite posts are fantastic and will be perfect for our decking frame. Would highly recommend this company for their products, communication and service.

We purchased two of the Surrey Picnic 3m tables for our sports club, we're very impressed with the quality, strong, durable and attractive. We had to wait 7 weeks for them to be made to order, but they were worth the wait. Customer service was excellent before and after sales, we were shown how to assemble them by the delivery driver, easy to assemble. Would definitely recommend Earth Anchors, and will use them again for any further purchases.

We purchased the grey/black recycled plastic picnic tables. They are made to order, so the lead time was longer than expected, but they are a good quality product, and delivery etc was great. I would use this company again.

The 3m recycled Surrey outdoor tables are very sturdy and of good quality, were easy to assemble, and look great outside our offices. The customer service was good and the items delivered ahead of the estimated delivery date!!

Excellent service. I called Earth Anchors to talk about our purchase and explained that I needed our order urgently to complete a job we was carrying out for a local council. Stephanie went the extra mile and arranged for our order to be dispatched the same day which was really appreciated. The communication was excellent they called me back on a couple of occasion to make sure the order was processed as quickly as they could possible do it. Our order was delivered on the day confirmed by Earth Anchors and the product was great quality. Highly recommend this company.

Ordered 6 metres of plastic lumber for a garden diy project. It arrived at my house less than 48 hours later. I was kept up to date with the order status throughout. Excellent customer service.
